Astrolger Asks for Help on Cosmic Ordering

British astrolger, Jonathan Cainer, has asked for help in writing a book on Cosmic Ordering. He writes:

“I intend to start writing a book about ‘Cosmic Ordering’. Now that people all over the world are talking about this topic, I feel it’s important to say all I know about how it works and how it should best be used. I’d also like to include some true stories. Have you ever consciously ‘asked the universe’ for something? How did you do it? And when? What result did you get? If you’ve got a tale to share please drop me a line jon@bubble.com. If you can remember any exact dates and times of asking and/or receiving, that would help the astrological side of my research all the more… though I am still keen to hear from you even if you can’t recall such information.”

Read about Cosmic Ordering here and here. Read my own experience here.

More on Peaceful Warrior Movie

We’ve been covering the saga of the Peaceful warrior series of books by Dan Millman for a while. We’ve also noted the progress of the movie of the original book, Way of the Peaceful Warrior. Those of you who remain fans of the book will be interested in Dan’s latest newsletter on the subject, part of which follows:

A PERSONAL LETTER FROM DAN

On June 2, the long-awaited PEACEFUL WARRIOR MOVIE will open in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Phoenix — and soon after, in cities across the U.S.

Joy and I had a chance to see the film and were delighted by how well it turned out.

The movie covers the first two-thirds of the book (my college years), and has some new elements — yet it expresses the heart and message of the story in a way that will thrill readers of the book as well as captivate a new mainstream audience.

To see the Trailer and learn the latest up-to-date information, visit the Peaceful Warrior Movie site at www.thepeacefulwarriormovie.com, where you can also view the Synopsis, Photo Gallery, Cast and Crew List, plus a Message Board to ask questions and express your views. (Later, you can easily return to the movie site by going to www.peacefulwarrior.com and clicking on The Movie button.)

Do We Need to Know Everything?

How often do we think it vital to know how things will pan out in the future? Sometimes … or always? If you’re anything like me, it will be always.

Andrew Cohen’s spiritual quote of the week addresses this problem very well:

The Freedom to Not Know

“Something extraordinary occurs when we allow ourselves the freedom to not know, because it is then that everything opens up. It is then that the experience of life becomes profoundly joyous and unthinkably mysterious. When we surrender the need to know, we discover that things often work out in marvelous and unexpected ways that we could never have previously imagined. Only when we transcend the need to always be sure of what’s going to happen in the future will there be room for that which is extraordinary and miraculous to be known.

“What would the experience of life be like if we were no longer seeking for any security whatsoever from the future? Everything would open up, everything would become possible. Why? Because we wouldn’t be waiting any longer for the experience of life to become complete. When we realize that everything is possible, then the way we respond to life begins to literally break boundaries. Suddenly, all that seemed fixed is undone, and that which was previously unimaginable reveals itself.”

That’s certainly worth pondering over.
